Convenient Pickup & Islandwide Delivery
Enjoy flexible pickup and delivery options designed for your convenience. Once your packages are ready, you’ll be notified via email and WhatsApp to arrange pickup at our designated Christiana location or delivery. We offer delivery to all 14 parishes via Knutsford Express or Tara Express, and for customers within our delivery areas, we also provide local delivery in selected areas. Don’t worry — we will get your precious package or cargo to you safely and on time.

With Swift Yaad Logistics, you can shop online even if you don’t have a credit or debit card. Our Online Purchasing/Credit & Debit Card Purchase service allows you to send us the link to the item you want from your favorite websites, and we will complete the payment securely on your behalf. Yes. In Jamaica, packages with a declared value over US$100 may attract Customs Duty, GCT, and other applicable charges. Customs fees are determined by the item type and value. Swift Yaad Logistics will guide you through the process and assist with clearance where needed. In most cases, Customs charges are billed Cash on Delivery (COD), however some shipments may require prepayment before release.
Yes. Certain items are restricted or prohibited by Jamaica Customs and may not be allowed to enter Jamaica. Restricted items may require a permit or special approval before they can be shipped, while prohibited items are not allowed and will not be shipped. Items classified as hazardous, illegal, or not permitted by Customs may be held at our overseas location and will not be sent to Jamaica. If you’re unsure about an item, please contact us before purchasing or shipping so we can advise you.
Yes. We assist customers with online shopping by purchasing items on your behalf using our company card. Simply send us the item link and item details via WhatsApp and we’ll guide you through the process. There is a service charge of JMD $500.
Packages that are not collected within a reasonable timeframe may be placed into storage and may attract a storage fee. Customers are required to collect packages within 21 days (3 weeks) of arrival. Packages not collected within this time, or packages with unpaid charges after multiple contact attempts, may be considered abandoned. Swift Yaad Logistics reserves the right to dispose of or sell abandoned packages to recover costs, and the customer’s account may be blocked. No refunds will be issued for abandoned packages.
While our warehouse is closed on weekends, we have secure arrangements in place to receive packages. Any items delivered during this period will be processed on the next business day.
Swift Yaad Logistics ships three (3) times weekly. Air Shipment 1 – Packages dropped off between Monday 2PM and Tuesday 2PM will depart on Wednesday and will be available after clearance on Thursday. Air Shipment 2 – Packages dropped off between Wednesday 2PM and Thursday 2PM will depart on Sunday and will be available after clearance on Monday. Air Shipment 3 – Packages dropped off between Friday 2PM and Saturday 2PM will depart on Monday and will be available after clearance on Tuesday.
We offer both Air Freight and Sea Freight. We ship 4 times weekly in total — 3 air shipments per week and 1 sea shipment per week. Please note that sea shipments are currently paused at this time.
